Our daughter and grandson eat a pretty pure Paelo diet for health reasons. Smores have been relegated for years to the "do not ever eat again" pile. When they tried a few brands of Paleo-style marshmallows, they had various flaws such as melting before you could toast them over a fire. Not these! It was so wonderful to see them both LOVING eating smores again, using Paleo perfect chocolate bars and these Smashmallows! They toast over the fire and taste just like a marshmallow should; everybody loved them actually! These also serve as a beloved snack when the need for a sweet munchie arises; thank you for making these!!!

We have so many food allergies that most allergy-friendly products contain at least one unsafe ingredient. I had given up hope of finding marshmallows that would work, so I am glad that I looked at Smashmallow's ingredient statement on a lark. We can eat the Toasted Vanilla, Pumpkin Spice, and Cinnamon Churro flavors. All three are delicious, and all three toast well. I was able to use the Toasted Vanilla to make rice krispie treats, and was pleased with the results. My sons, one of whom had never had rice krispie treats, were singing my praises for days. That may seem silly to many, but this was the first time the treat was safe for the whole family to enjoy. Please don't ever change your recipes or your safe handling practices. These are perfect.

They tasted like marshmallows but a little better probably because I knew they were made with better ingredients. I'm glad there are brands like this making healthier alternatives to the mainstream processed stuff. The only downside is the price but it's understandable because of the better ingredients. It's the price we have to pay to not have health problems in the future I guess.

Unbelievably, daily marshmallows were recommended to me as a treatment for a medical issue. Great, thought I! Then I tried to eat a marshmallow. I just couldn't finish it. Too sweet, too gummy, no flavor. My daughter suggested that I try Smashmallows. Success! Great flavor, tolerably sweet, and a firm chewy texture. They are pricey, but if you want a snacking marshmallow this is the way to go.

I LOVE marshmallows - have since I was a child which was several decades ago!! I'm from the Midwest and saw this product in a grocery store in Pacific Grove California. I thought - what the heck - interesting flavor choices and the price was very reasonable. Well, they are the BOMB!!! I have tried just about all flavors - personal fav is mint chocolate - and I now can get them out here in our local stores - maybe because I kept suggesting they stock them. Now, I don't have to order them online and my family also is a fan but they know not to touch my mint chocolate ones on pain of banishment!!

Wow! I've not had a marshmallow for years due to food allergies: wheat, including the gluten, corn, dairy, etc. I was looking for a treat for myself as well as other children in our scout group with food sensitivities. I purchased the Vanilla. They are slightly denser than a corn based marshmallow, but oh so mouth watering and they still have that melt in your mouth consistency just out of the bag. What was also great is my child actually liked them. Most foods I can eat, the response given by my 7 y.o. is "that's not my recipe-yuck!". Who doesn't like real sugar? I've not tried cooking over a campfire yet, but have heated in the microwave for about 10 secs. They still expand and warm like a corn-based marshmallow. What's also nice is they are square and don't roll. The only partial drawback, is you need to eat it a few bites quicker. Once it cools to room temperature it is like super sticky taffy or caramel candy consistency. They also suggest putting in the refrigerator after opening - yummy cold, but take out what you want and let come to room temperature and they're almost like you just opened the bag. Thank You SmashMallow! Now on to finding the perfect fully allergen free chocolate and graham crackers.

These marshmallows are great and, without any high fructose corn syrup, fairly healthy. I put one in my hot chocolate every morning and appreciate the way they melt like an ice cube into a creamy treat. When opening their package, one may find that they are somewhat stuck together, but they easily separate just fine.

Flavor is great, we love Smashmallow and thought we would add them to subscribe and save, but I think I’ll need to cancel that, at least for the summer months. I was home when the package was delivered, so it wasn’t sitting outside. The marshmallows in all three packages I ordered were melted together in one big blob and stuck to the packaging. Again, flavor is good with these, but be careful about ordering in warmer climates. Would be five stars if it weren’t for this.
