do they have cut out tabs on these hanging folders?

No, these hanging folders do not have cut out tabs (if you mean the ones on the inside at the top that you can put plastic labels into).

Has anyone had success finding a sticky tab solution to go with these? So disappointed to find that they have no slots for tabs.

Yes, I purchased stick on clear pouches through amazon that I then used to print whatever labels I wanted to put in my folder and stuck them to the front of each folder. Granted you have to flip to each the front of each folder to see what is in them but its a nice neat and clean solution which is what I wanted anyway. I hope this helps you.

What does new version white have that the old white doesn't? please explain the difference between the two. thank you.

We have two types of file folders. These ones are our hanging file folders (no tabs) this design has not been changed. We also have our white file folders, these are NOT hanging file folders. Our white file folders open on two sides and two sides are sealed. These folders have writable tabs.

How long are the metal bars? Thank you.
