Got this to experiment with making bows for my daughter. I could not be happier and we are having so much fun coming up with new designs. Everything in my pics was made with this set. Only wish it was slightly stiffer. Some sheets are a little thinner than others. I haven’t used the tools much as I’ve been using my cricut to cut. But the value for the money seems great. Going to start some earrings next. I have not been able to figure out a good setting for the chunky glitter. So I’ve been making vinyl stencils and cutting by hand. Everything else I made a custom material and increased the pressure to 300, 1x with the normal blade. Tape down all edges and you shouldn’t have too many issues. Standard or strong grip may works best. Wipe the fabric residue off with a baby wipe after a few cuts. And keep your blade clean. Super fun!

For the price this is a great starter kit. The tools alone are worth it. The sheets of vinyl fabric (not leather obviously, nor would I consider this "faux leather" as it is vinyl fabric - my background is in upholstery) are roughly 6" x 8" and 30 pieces. Yes, there is a smell to them but that is normal for vinyl fabric and will eventually off-gas (smell will go away). The three chunkier glitter sheets are stiffer but still pliable and should have no issues. The rest of them are very soft as a vinyl fabric is expected to be. I also like that it comes with a simple storage bag. The earring pieces seem to be of same quality as any major craft store. I only found 3 pieces that I'm tossing (refer to pictures). It's expected to have some random non usable in with the mix. I would definitely recommend this kit to another and I would purchase again.

This kit is a great value. The faux leather worked great with my cricut explore air 2. The leather comes a sheets and not all are exactly square, but my machine was cutting them out so I didn’t mind. I really liked the variety of colors and patterns of the leather. The jewelry findings came in 4 different colors and look like what you’d find at a typical craft store. The pliers were just standard pliers and worked well for attaching the jewelry findings. The tweezers appear to have been bent and do not come together at the end, making them kind of worthless. I haven’t used the scissors, so I can’t speak to those. Overall, this kit is a great value and I would recommend to anyone getting started making leather earrings.

I got a cricut maker for Christmas and wanted to start making earrings. This is a great starter kit with all of the essentials you need to get started. I like the variety of colors and textures of faux leather included in the kit. The sheets are on the smaller size, but you can get 4-6 earrings out of each sheet. All of the pieces have cut nicely with my cricut fine point blade. The glitter sheets are a little thick, but with the right settings on your cricut maker, you'll be able to cut them. I used the glitter sheets to make some cute easter bunny earrings!

These sheets are smaller than I expected, mostly because I didn’t read it carefully enough but they are still the perfect size for making earrings. Plus then you don’t have a bunch of material in colors you don’t use as often. I use my cricut to cut pieces in whatever shape I want and it is easy to put beautiful earrings together. First time ever cutting faux leather and this stuff was great! I have a Cricut Maker 3 and it cut through this perfectly. It came with a nice zippered bag that held all of the sheets and the tools for earrings. I don’t plan on making earrings, so I can’t comment on that too much. The earring materials come in a nice organized container. Everything was neatly packaged. I didn’t notice a smell and everything was brand new and cut well. Great variety of sheets! They are smaller sheets. Works well for the key chains I’m making. Great starter kit!

If you are using these to make for yourself they would probably work but if you’re using them for a business do not waste your time. The leather I’m happy with although they are pretty small pieces they’re fairly good quality just thin. The hooks on the other hand are awful quality. Half of them aren’t even made correctly and the other half I’ve had nothing but breakage with. I have an earring business and selling earrings with these hooks makes me extremely nervous. I definitely wouldn’t buy again simply because of the poor quality hooks.

This kit is all inclusive and perfect to learn a new crafting medium. A great selection of faux leather fabrics to choose from and to layer in order to expand your selection. Proper tools are included and the selection of metals for the earrings is great. All components come in an organized storage container. I'm not running to a different supply store to purchase anything to begin as it is all right here. Price is great, too. Speedy delivery. Very pleased.
