This was a huge improvement to our bottleying efficiency. it's a great value for the money. It is easy to use and easy to clean. It has saved me several hours a week.

I have had this for years at this point and I love it. It’s difficult to clean but I was able to bottle so many oils because of this in a lot less time

I love this machine I have had it since November 2022, no problems no rust and still in great shape. I want to order a new one just because I have had it for so long and I want to be ready Incase I have any problems. I make and sell body butter and it is perfect for body butter and lotion. It is a great value for the money, I take it apart and clean it and it is long and tedious but worth it.

Well built. Accurate even at small (15 ml) dosing. Been using it for months and its great.

I got this machine in March and it was great. Huge time saver for filling lotion bottles. But last month (September) it started leaking- a liquid lotion would run out in a small trickle even when the handle was up. And then it got worse, and yesterday it broke, there wasn’t any tension on the handle. I opened it up to see what was going on inside and the spring had completely snapped/ it’s crazy though because it’s a thick metal spring that looks like it peeled apart- like a defect in the metal. I get a part could break, but the 1 star is because I can’t get any support. Amazon has a link for “get product support” but if you click on the Kimtem website listed, it has a 405 error- website doesn’t exist. I can’t find a customer service number anywhere either. So the machine was great but only useful for 6 months of moderate use. And I took impeccable care of it- cleaned and sanitized and fully dried before storage after every use. Definitely very bummed, and have no way to fix it.

So to try to help everyone,I went to lowes and got this tubing in the photo. When connecting to the machine press the tube inside the hole on the left side.To release pull or press that tan piece it goes inside of and it will come out,I use no adapter as this really dosen't need all of that.I will make a vid soon to show it.What I did was use a tube that came with my temptu makeup air brush machine and cut the tubing from lowes on the end where it enters the machine air supply.I cut off 2 inches and glued it as it was smaller than the tube from lowes.THIS IS THE SIZE TUBE YOU NEED!No adapter needed.My small markup compressor was more than enough!.My only issue is that the chamber that pushes it out,does not push all the material out.When I remove the drum and look inside that bottom piece with the 4 screws,there is product left in that little well.The what piece does not pump all the way down to its base.It also squeaks when it returns to starting position. Not sure why.Overall it is a good machine and makes my life easy. Be sure to push the black lever to the right in to fill the machine will air.You will hear it.Also if the piston gets stuck down,pull that lever,wait a few seconds and push it back in and the piston goes back the starting position. Most may or may not know what I said,but when I called amazon they couldn't help and it's not too many vids to help on the subject. I am a beginner at this,I hope it helps somebody.

Nice well built machine

I bought this product because I have the manual one and it worked perfectly so I thought I would try this as an upgrade. big mistake. I was never able to use it because. I kept thinking there was something wrong with me not know how to install it so I kept trying to figure it own and even consulted friends but to no avail. I and now that I finally released theres somethings wrong with it, I can't return it and no where for me to reach out to the manufacturer in the first place. I will not recommend this version at this point. I am highly disappointed with the money and time spent on this product.

I have wasted so much product on trying to use this machine, it's become a real nightmare to use. When you pour your liquid in the hopper and start pouring it's as though the seal never holds it up there and it starts rapidly dripping down through the pouring dropper in an endless stream. I've had 5+ mechanically inclined people open it up trying to fix it and to no aval. I've gotten to the point that I'd rather use a Pyrex pouring cup with a funnel then use this product. Disappointing product and a major waste of time and money.
