Has anyone used this for their hair

I dont know about skin, but my dull hair become very shiny and become a lot less frizz. Still using same shampoo and conditioner. The change kick in like 3 weeks in. I vouch on it.

How can I measure a 10mg dosage?

I ended up using a small spoon from another product to figure it out. The company needs to add a spoon.

which state are the berries harvested in?

This is a ground berry from the Saw Palmetto tree in California.

Is this in fact "extract" or is it just the ground up herb? And if it is extract, could you please tell me about the extraction process? Thank you.

It’s the extract form. - Gary Sē® ™
