I am so happy I bought this. I do back stretches, and need to be on the floor.. Getting up & down is hard at 77, and carpets are hard. This helps sooo much! I don’t hurt my knees when getting down or getting up. The mat is comfortable and provides plenty of padding. It is easy to roll up and store with the included strap. I am tall, and there is extra length, so my head and feet are on the mat. This was a good purchase! This has not torn, and wipes down easily. It doesn’t attract dog hair, which is another reason I wanted a mat.

I got this mat for doing my physical therapy exercises on my hardwood floor and have used it about maybe 6 or 7 times so far, a few on a carpet when I took it on vacation to a home with carpets, and rolled it back up like 3 or 4 times. When rolling it up while wearing a bracelet I've damaged the bottom side by the material getting caught in a few places on my bracelet, but when you stand on it in hiking boots it just leaves a mild, temporary indentation, which I've photographed but then goes away. It doesn't damage it to wear shoes on it as long as you're reasonably careful - I have major foot issues and need to wear my shoes all the time to prevent much worse chronic foot pain, and it's not been a problem to use my shoes in my physical therapy exercises like lying on my back with my knees up and my feet flat on the matt. The only thing that won't go away is if you rip/tear the material, and I do tend to be hard on my stuff so mine has a number of small rips in it now because of things like the bracelet and not being careful enough with it... It doesn't look like it has that much give with my full over 200lb body weight standing on it in hiking boots but I squeezed it with my finger so you can see how much give it has. The indentation stays in the foam for a little over a minute although most of it bounces back immediately after you stop putting pressure on that part of the mat. It's actually really comfortable for laying on my back to do my physical therapy on my entire hip/pelvis area that gets so sore so easily, so much better than traditional exercise mats! It has good give and is just exactly what I was hoping for in a comfortable exercise mat! plus the purple is such a pretty color and makes me feel happy to see in my house. You can't really fold it but you can roll it back up into it's original size quite easily and the carrying velcro strap works well on repeated use ;) It's not hard to roll it back up small enough to fit in the velcro. Hopefully these pictures help give you an idea! I love this mat a lot and don't care if it rips a little easily... if it wears out too fast I'll just buy a second one of these. I think it's exactly what I wanted for physical therapy. More comfortable even than the exam/exercise tables at my physical therapist's office!

Purchased this mat because it was thick and relatively cheap, and that's what I got. Was already damaged upon receipt and as a former yoga girl, I feel it would not hold up over time going back and forth to the gym. However, it is very cushy and therefore helping with impacts to my injured ankle with exercising at home. I would not buy it again but it is serving my needs right now

Just the right size for my room. So far the quality seems good. It rolls up really easy for storage. I have a hardwood floor and this may makes it easy to do all my floor exercises as well as non-slip.

Going through therapy after surgery. Mat arrived in 2 days in perfect condition and color. Works great for my needs and exercises.

Love this yoga mat for my in-home workouts. The thickness is very comfortable and easy on the knees.

It has flattened a little bit in 3 months of use. So don't buy any less than 1-inch of thickness. Still comfortable though. Highly recommended. Comes with a practical strap to hold the mat rolled up (roll it up tight!) and convenient for transport.

The thickness of this mat cushions ones joints as one does floor exercises. Pain free back, hip and knees while doing floor exercises and stretches. An excellent product.

I stretch every day on this as I don't feel any discomfort. It's a thick spongy foam so even with all my weight on one knee I still feel discomfort. Was worth every penny.

After 30 years of yoga, I’ve developed a problem with my spine. I still need/want to do some exercises but was finding it difficult on my old mat. This has solved my problem . It is so thick and comfortable. If there is a downside it is of course bulkier than my old one, but I’ve managed to find a new corner to keep it when not in use. One very happy customer.
