Perfect for right flash head, easy to modify for different flash head.
The media could not be loaded. I bought this speed ring to try on a godex e250 flash head, which is slightly smaller than a Bowens speed ring. The 3 thingies are big enough to drill a 3.2mm hole and tap M4 thread in it, to attach 3 bolts. It works.Of course this speed ring work with the correct Bowens type flash heads, in a tight clamping fit.If you need this for the godex flash head, or any other brand that closely fit, this will work and is easily customized.I'm replacing older flash heads from interfit (no longer available), which have a different bayonet style speed ring. Now I can convert all my soft boxes in one easy step. Saving some extra $$$

This was perfect for the soft box I’m using. Arrived early. Nice life saver. Once I get more lamps, I’m going to order more.

Excellent product.
Works amazing. Bowens mount is easy to use and great for quick setup.

Solid build
Its a solid speed ring and works perfectly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the tightening knob is built so that the knob has to be tightened from the inside instead of having it on the outside like other designs/brands which makes it much more difficult to access.

Hard as hell to get the soft box’s ribs out of the holes.
Like the options for different size boxes. However, it is hard as hell to remove the spokes/ribbing when collapsing the soft boxes. I tried WD-40, I tried Graphite and Pam. I think the only thing that will soften it up to remove easier is time and wear. Good quality.
