I love that I can freeze left overs in a neat way to not take up much space. I seem to be cooking for myself lately as my kids will often have other things to do. This makes it easy so the food doesn't go to waste. The frozen food comes out easily. The shape makes it easy to store and reheat. I did cook an egg dish and a casserole in the larger ones and they worked perfectly. My only problem with them is that they are difficult to store. I do not have a lot of space in my kitchen so I had to put them in the basement pantry.
