I've been buying Yupik's organic quinoa for about a year now & it's become one of those pantry staples I don't want to be without. I bought it because it was organic and the best I could find to send with a missionary to Haiti that is trying to help them plant gardens to feed themselves. I had read Quinoa is very nutritional. A growing season will tell the real story. I hope I chose right.
