Love the ease of use of this attachment with my Kitchenaide. It works beautifully and is easy to understand.

Works perfectly with a Kitchen Aide. Produced excellent pasta. I used the Billy Parisi dough recipe. I kneaded by hand, which I won't do next time. Note that it is numbered backwards. Instead of 0 to 8, it's 8 to 1.

This works like a dream! Definitely worth your money.

It works, though you'll want to use a "softer" pasta dough. I mixed my tried and true more stiff dough and thought it was going to break the device. Also, run the noodles long and cut on the counter as the wire cutter isn't great. I would have paid more if this was stainless steel and more durable.

Living in an area without good noodle supply, I decided to make my own ones - and to start with a cheaper but not too cheap one. This also implies, that I cannot make a comparison with other models. The package consists of 3 parts - for noodle plates, spaghetti and ravioli type ones. The installation at a Kitchenaid machine was easy and I enjoyed making my first own noodles: - handling is easy - I like that I can vary the size of the noodles according to my taste (thinner, thicker, wider, smaller) - The instruction for cleaning basically states that I should not use any water but just use a brush. It seems odd to me not to be able to deeply clean the device. Will see in the future. To summarize: making your own noodles is worth the efforts and amazingly simple. If the device holds the challenge of the time, I will need to find out.

This saves a ton of time and it's easy to use. For people that like home cooking and paying attention to what they eat, this helps you get some variety with pasta and more. Follow the simple instructions, and you'll be good to go!

These Pasta attachments have me making fresh pasta more often. They are well made and work as described. Have two hands available to handle the pasta is far more efficient and easier than trying to juggle tasks with a manual crank pasta roller. Cleaning is a snap placing a dry, or damp microfibre cloth over the moving rollers -- set to smallest opening.

Very good buy. Very easy to fix and operate. The different settings are very easy to understand perform as stated. It is very sturdy and robust. Yes I do recommend other to buy and try it.
