Overall I am happy with this product.
Overall I am happy with this product. It heats up and the size of the heated area is good. I gave 3 stars because it does not stay hot for long enough. I use this a couple of times a week for an hour each time within that period of time I have to reheat it 3-4 times. I think the product would also be better if the ties were long enough to tie at the front. I brought this product to cover my midsection/abdomen and still be able to do things around the house if I wanted to but the ties are not secure enough tied at the back and the heating pad kind of hangs a bit away from my body defeating the purpose I need it for. Also tying at the back can be uncomfortable if you are sitting in a chair. I do tie it around the front but I am petite and can only barely place a knot, however it is a little more secure that way.

Great item; pulse heat well and you can move it around almost anywhere!
Second purchase of one of these. Canโt live without it. Love that I can tie it to any place on my body from my shoulders and my back to my waist. You do need to be careful about blowing it up in the microwave, which is why I had to buy a second one. It would be nice if the time to warm it were stamped on the item to help you remember how long to do it. Be careful not to forget to do the power button on the microwave or if you do it will rupture. I highly recommend not using full power. I hit the wrong button and it did 20 minutes instead of two and you can guess what happened on the first one.

I love this. Easy to use and retains heat. The size is perfect to wrap around neck or waist. I also like how it lays well on shoulders for shoulder pain.

Perfect for sore muscles
Our last one like this finally got too grody after twenty years of use. This is perfect, the moist heat really does help. Just be careful not to overheat because it can get really hot. Holds the heat for a good therapeutic while.
