POOTACK Lumbar Support Cushion, Memory Foam Back Support Cushion

Great cushion. Recently had a double hip replacement and suffering from terrible back ache after returning to work in the office. This has been a great addition to my office chair. Has reduced the back pain significantly. Recommend this :)

Nice size and fit, lightweight, Has removed my lower back ache within days (I was forced to sit in very unsuitable state whilst largely bed-ridden in recovery for weeks). Also good price! The straps are flexible, easy fit, seems solid build quality.

Had this for just under a week wanted to see if it made a real difference, it has. Been driving for 3 to 4 hours and had a lot of pain in my lower back then bought this and for the past week I haven’t been feeling a lot of pain in the lower back. Would recommend it but also if you’re a driver make sure you stretch every hour just to help. And the material is great not rough.

Great back support for armchair good purchase

I really wanted to like this lumbar support cushion because the memory foam provides good support for my lower back, and the adjustable strap makes it easy to attach to different chairs. However, I can’t use it during the summer. The material used for the cover traps too much heat, making it uncomfortable after sitting for a while. It causes excessive warmth around the lower back area, which defeats the purpose of using it for long periods. I think it would be fine during the winter when the extra warmth is actually welcome, but for the summer it’s simply too hot.

It's excellent, I also got the pootack seat cushion to go with it and what a difference it has made to my office/gaming chair, no more shifting about the ease the daily pain i am in. It has helped so much than what I ever thought it could, its a thing thats better felt that telt to be honest 😅👌 the quality is great and its not too hard and not too soft, perfect for my goldilocks back lol👸

I bought it for my wife for her office chair as she was suffering back ache. It worked a treat and she no longer aches.

So far, so good. It definitely gives support for the back. As I am quite short, I have my car seat pushed forward, and the lumbar support is quite bulky, which doesn’t leave a lot of room to get in and out of the car. I secured it fairly tight but it does move around a bit. I feel as if I’m slipping down in my seat. To compensate for this, I am going to get a seat cushion support. Hopefully this will remedy the issue.

Ho deciso di provare questo cuscino della POOTACK e devo dire che la differenza si percepisce fin dai primi giorni di utilizzo.La struttura ha una forma avvolgente a W che si adatta in modo anatomico alla curvatura naturale della colonna vertebrale. Il memory foam interno è di ottima densità: offre la giusta via di mezzo tra stabilità e morbidezza, sostenendo la zona lombare senza risultare eccessivamente rigido o, al contrario, affossarsi sotto il peso del corpo. Ti "costringe" dolcemente a mantenere una posizione più dritta e riposante.Un grande punto a favore rispetto ad altri modelli provati in passato è il sistema a doppia cinghia regolabile. Una volta fissato allo schienale della sedia da ufficio o della sedia da gaming, il cuscino rimane immobile al suo posto e non scivola continuamente verso il basso ogni volta che ci si alza. Ottima anche la fodera in tessuto a rete traspirante: evita accumuli di calore fastidiosi sulla schiena, mantenendo la seduta fresca in tutte le stagioni, con il vantaggio di poter essere sfoderata e lavata comodamente in lavatrice.Bisogna solo considerare che ha un certo spessore (circa 14 cm nel punto massimo), quindi toglie inevitabilmente qualche centimetro di profondità alla seduta. Se lo utilizzate sui sedili dell'auto, occorre regolare leggermente l'assetto o la distanza dal volante, ma per sedie d'ufficio standard o poltrone è perfetto. Nel complesso, un acquisto solido, funzionale e con un rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente.

Suite à une opération du dos, j'ai acheté 2 coussins lombaire, 1 pour la voiture/les rdv sur des chaises inconfortables et 1 pour ma chaise de bureau. Il faut bien le positionner mais il apporte un vrai confort. Très pratique il a 2 sangles réglables, chacune avec une rallonge, ce qui permet d'adapter le coussin à toutes les chaises.
