Simple and so far still reliable. Main thing to remember is that it's difficult to get going with water / bubbles in the line and filter. Once you can get those out it's a strong steady fast drip to a trickle. We liked the water clarity and taste of our water compared to our friends filtration device by far. Next time I'll take an empty gallon jug of water to drip into while doing other things and just let gravity do it's work.
