Finally someone made the perfect running shoe!
Skechers (of all shoe companies) has made what I think is the best running shoe I've ever worn. I like running shoes with good cushioning, a wide forefoot, zero or low heel lift (or heel drop as they say) and a good lugged sole for traction on mud and roots in the woods. These shoes are fantastic! I love them. With the insole, you have a 4mm "drop" and without it they are zero drop. These don't have a rock guard either - which is fantastic! You have a great feel for the trail or roads, but enough protection so you don't get bone bruises. They run big. I take a size 10.5 in most Nike and New Balance Shoes and bought these in size 10 and they fit great.Love, love, love these shoes. Thank you Skechers!

Halleluia, wide toe box trail shoes that aren't $$$
I LOVE these shoes! It is so hard to find trail shoes with a wide toe box, I came across several recommendations for these in my recent quest for new trail shoes and given their price decided to gamble. I've never worn Sketchers before and was a little uneasy about buying them sight unseen online. I wear a 7.5D in most running shoes--Brooks, New Balance, Saucony, Adidas, Asics--pretty standard. After reading all the reviews I could find I bought 7D's and they are plenty roomy! I could have actually bought womens shoes (B width) for the first time in forever and still had plenty of room for my clubby toes! While they run wide through the toe box the heel has a great fit, not at all sloppy. As far as the drop and cushioning...I haven't tried them without the liner but I like having the option to change the drop, clever. I have worn 4mm drop trail shoes before (NB MT101) but found the lack of cushioning kept me from wearing them on longer runs. These shoes are super light but have just enough squish underfoot to keep my joints happy. I jump roped on concrete in them for a several minutes straight out of the box and my feet weren't screaming like they would have been in the NB MT101s.I'm very curious as to their durability--after I get some mileage on them I'll make sure to post back. But so far I'm thrilled with my new shoes.

Finally the perfect trail shoe for me
I have purchased so many trail shoes over the years and I can honestly say that this is the one I've been looking for. Finally at peace and satisfied. I was happy to see Skechers make a trail shoe after running in their road GoBionic shoe for the past year.I won't go into a long review here but right off the bat, this shoe fits just like the GoBionic road shoe with plenty or wiggle room for the toes. It keeps the dust out nicely, breathes well, and in my opinion, looks great. I can't speak on it's reliability yet but if it's anything like the road GoBionic, it'll last for a long time. I've only ran in this shoe in Southern California (Mt. Baldy, San Bernardino mountains, etc.) so I can't speak on it's grip in wet conditions. Performs excellent on rocky and dry/sandy surfaces. Grips well, and has that balance that I've been looking for between protection and trail feel.It comes with an insert that provides a 4mm drop, but I opted to take it out and was happy with the zero drop.I'll update as necessary with the miles, but so far, I am impressed. Way to go Skechers (who knew!?)!

amazing!
I usually wear a 15. i have wanted a pair of Skechers Go Run since they started making them. However, they only go to 14. I read a recent review of the Go Bionic Trail (Running TImes) that stated that the reviewers had to go down a size in order to get a good fit for the running for the test. I immediately felt hope and ordered a pair from amazon.com! They fit perfectly! Best fit ever! These shoes were fantastic in snow. Not for road, though. I have burned the lugs badly from road running. They were great snow shoes, tho. Will keep them around to see if they have anything left for next winter. A great 200 miles of snow, ice, etc. Please Skechers!!! Keep making 14's that I can wear !!! Thanks!!!

Definitely not for the roads!
Overall a good shoe. I know it's a trail shoe, but I wore out the tread quickly running on asphalt a few times. Stick to the trails or your shoes won't last. The shoe itself is a good shoe, runs true to size and fits comfortably. I have a wide foot and had just enough room while running. I'm not a trail runner per say, but running on grass with these felt good and presented no traction issues. They're pretty decent for walking too.

Excellent shoe for the money
Just did my first run. 5 miles of somewhat easy trail. The shoes felt great. Good, wide forefoot. Very light. You can feel the trail, but you don't get the rocks poking your foot. The heel is a touch wide, but I adjusted the lacing, which seemed to help. The finish seems to be good, but I will need to own them for several months to see how they hold up. At full retail price, the shoes are fine, but nothing fantastic (in terms of value). At 30 - 40% off retail, these are exceptional value for the money. I will likely buy 2 more pairs, once i do a few more runs in these shoes.

I didn't really enjoy the flatness and the used pattern of the bottom
Fits a little big. I didn't really enjoy the flatness and the used pattern of the bottom, you will feel the edges when running, which did cause me to trip more than once.Otherwise it is comfortable, and not very supportive; which is exactly what we look for in minimalist running shoes. I think these would do great on wet surfaces, and less civilized trails.

Tolle Schuhe

Skechers Performance Go Bionic - Scarpe da trail running
Scarpe qualitativamente non discutibili, molto belle ma non mi è piaciuto l'avanpiede molto largo. Personalmente non le uso per correre poichè le ritengo molto delicate.

Absolut perfect
The most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. Never again will i pay for Nike or Addidas. This is perfect for running or powerwalking in the woods
