is the b12 methylcobalmin or cyclocobalamin

It is not the methyl one or it would say it is.. I have a problem when I take the methyl one anyway because each one is metabolized differently by your body.. so this b-complex is fine with me.. Just because they say it better does not mean that is true for everyone..
