Will this fit a 1999 harley sportster 1200?

I installed this on a 2003 883 XLR. There WERE changes made to the 2000 Sportster & I'm not sure how the changes affect the shock mount area. Call your local HD dealer.

Where should i install it? i have a 2019 harley 883. should i use the bolt at the end of swingarm to secure this onto the swingarm?

You tube has some useful videos on installing, my 06 was pretty easy, I bought washers as spacers I believe, and adjusted shocks

Compatible with a 2003 xlh 883 hugger?

Should bolt right on,I put them on my 2006 883 sportster,had to use a few washers

Will these fit a 1999 Road King?

You would have to know the dimensions of the end of your swing arm, is it the same as a Sportster. The other idea is to go to J&P Cycles, get the product number of the Road King shock lowering kit and see if it matches the Sportster product number.
