Wet wax vs this product?

I would put another layer of Hybrid Ceramic coating on after the first layer has cured after 24 hr to get up to a one year protection. After that start using the Wet Wax or the 3 n 1 Detailer spray for additional protection.

How similar is the protection to a dedicated full ceramic application?

It's a good paint protectant that will, like all spray-on polishes, be washed off after 2-3 commercial car washes. Basically, you spray 3 oz of water-viscosity liquid, so it's not going to bond to paint forever. A dedicated ceramic application ? Well, as they say in Brooklyn, "you pays your money, and you takes your chances."

Has turtle wax addressed the leaking container issue?

My bottle of Ceramic Spray Coating arrived a-ok, but the bottle of Flex wax I ordered at the same time had leaked out perhaps an ounce. I doubt it was more than an ounce, so I kept it. It is not the container leaking. I think perhaps the cap wasn’t fully tightened, because it doesn’t leak at all now. I have several different Turtle Wax products, and all the containers, sprayers, etc are perfect except the Flex wax one.

Can I apply a polymer sealant first and then the ceramic coating

Spray on anything, wax, sealant, or this spray, survive only about 3 thorough washes. My suggestion is that you apply your existing sealant, and after 1 wash, apply this ceramic spray as the sacrificial layer. This spray adheres to your sealant no worse than to paint. If you like the results, use up your existing sealant, and then exclusively use this spray. Following the directions on apply 2 coats, 24 hours curing, and then apply another coat every 3 washes to new routine.
