Really amazed. In pune hard water,my skin got too dull and dark and my hair was rough even with conditioner and hairfall as well. I was very skeptical to buy this softener but wow, clear results within 3 days. My skin got smoother and to be very honest, my skin start glowing with the removal of dead skin. Visible results. And reduced hairfall while improves my hair into smoother. Definitely go for it. Really really worth every penny. I hope this will continue until 6months to change the catridge. Also, for adapter you have to contact the company and they will send for free. Unfortunately those adapters doesnt fit to my tap, and I had to buy my own which costs 70rs. But thats fine.

This is Ideal for Bangalore where ground water is quite hard . Hard water stains on buckets utensils bathware is one aspect other aspect being hard water induced skin and hair problems . I was looking for easy cost effective solution for the problem. I had tried similar product from another company and that hadnt done any good so was skeptical about this one. Anyways I thought of giving it a try. The delivery was fast . This can fit to any shower but for tap fitting they provide the adaptors after one sends the pictures of the tap. So once i did that, the customer service was very prompt to deliver the right adaptor. The fitting is easy after that. The water quality. I had got an TDS meter to measure tds change and test its efficacy. But the documentation provided in the package mentioned clear terms that it wont reduce the TDS but might increase it. Hmm I thought its a waste . Anyways I still went ahead did the fit, measured the TDS levels and as mentioned the TDS increased. There is an explanation to that mentioned in the documentation. Now before using this I used to use RO water for my hairs, that had helped reducing the hairfall. While using regular water , after a regular bath would have 100s hair strands clogging on drain filter. I would have broken hairs on my back shoulder face,soap hands all over the place. Switching to RO had brought it down to zero. So Imagine my surprise and happiness when I observed same when took a bath with water softened by this device. The effect is same as using RO water. The water feels good on skin, doesnt stain the buckets , yes it doesnt lather as much as in true softwater but thats ok. It doesnt leave any scally residue on skin like hard water does. So all in all I am satisfied with the product and have installed this in both baths and for washing machine inlet. I suggest its worth a try if you are facing harwater issues and dont want to invest in 50k to install water softner system

After using it for 6 months I can clearly see difference. The water where I live is very hard but this product really manages to filter out all the dirt. Installing it is very easy and quality is strong. No change in water flow and no leakage. Overall of the above good things I would like to say Riversoft customer support is very strong. They quickly respond to the tiniest question and help out in every way.

I am totally disappointed with the Riversoft water tap. From the moment it was installed, the water flow was extremely slow, making it almost unusable. I expected much better quality, but this product failed to perform right from the start. It feels like a complete waste of money, and I would definitely not recommend the Riversoft water tap to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look for a better alternative. Refund my money.

Works very well with both tap and shower head. Quality is flimsy . Gives clear water so filters very well. Overall it is a useful product but quality needs to be improved and an indicator for filter change would have been better as every time opening and checking makes it leak and then again use of seal proof tape increases lot of work, time and money.

So the very honest review is i wanted to give 1 star to them for giving really lethargic delivery of the fitting component ( which they send separately, even though at no Addditonal cost). But I feel really compelled to give 5 star to their product. This is the second company filter i bought for my hard water home and it is amazing. Have been using it now for last 2-3 months. I have noticed the difference on my hairs ( which were the most affected by hard water) and skin. Further, the fitting was really good even though my tap had scaling but with little scratching, it got attached perfectly ( i took the help of a plumber though because of scaling issue). So in short, if they maintain the same quality, I am going to buy this product again. Just hoping, they will also work on their customer service.

Good product and easy to install. However it's difficult to analyse how it's benefiting in filtering the water, as we install this filter assuming the water quality is bad which is leading to hair fall. But haifall is still there after use for three months.

Nice product, team is very supportive. The only challenge is to get the right tap adaptor, I have 3 washrooms and one washroom had a different adaptor. But the team helped really well in sending different tap adapters every time to solve the issue. Have been using the product since 3 months now.

This item is so amazing! First to all, you can feel the different between the shower with filter and without. And, for sure, with this filter is better!

It works, though I would have preferred a narrower canister because there is only so much room between the the handle attachment and the wall. We have hard water, so I will put up with less range of motion for the shower head.
