I have stick straight lashes. Will thie primer help hold a curl or would it just weigh the lashes down?

Helped my lashes stay curled all day long. I’m talking about the same curl as when you first curl your lashes. Used this with Thrive Cosmetics Liquid Lash Extension mascara.

does this actually improve health of lashes?

I don't know if it was intended to, but it has improved the health of mine. I had a patch that wouldn't grow back. Now, they are growing back and hey don't break off as easily or fall out as easily. I think it does create a moisturizing barrier.

Is this primer white or clear?

It is white. I absolutely love this product. I have tried more expensive primers but always come back to this one. It is my absolute favorite.

Does this work with any waterproof mascara? i've tried it with greatlash and rocket both waterproof. lashes won't dry even after 1/2 hr!.

I have very greasy eyes and have to use 24 hour waterproof mascara plus a fixer spray in order to make it to 6 pm without raccoon eyes. I tried this once. It gave me raccoon eyes within 2 hours! I gave it to my daughter.
