I've used this brand of silicone baking parchment for years - both in my capacity as a chef, and at home. It does its job exceptionally well, and to date, I've never had anything stick to it. It's also great for wrapping loaf-shaped cakes to give as gifts - or more usually in my case - for church and village bake sales! Because it's 45cm wide, it means it fits pretty well all baking tins, dishes, and trays, and the 50 metre length means that it lasts for ages, making it incredibly good value for money. Top tip: when blind baking a pie shell, roll out your pastry between two sheets of this parchment, then slide the whole thing straight into your pie or quiche dish. Keeping the top sheet in place, gently ease the pastry into the corners, flutes, or edges of the dish. Lift up the paper, prick the pastry all over, then replace the top sheet, and add your baking beans over the the top. Bake as normal. This method also works for rolling out pizza bases, although obviously, you don't need to blind bake those!

Great quality extra wide baking paper. Good value for money as it lasts ages. Paper is a good thickness and works as it should.

This is a great product. Good width and length. Lasts ages. Cutter is very sharp. Cardboard container does not fall apart after lots of sticky finger prints and greasy splashes. Proper professional stuff at home.

Good size Sturdy box comes with a sharp cutter so be aware of that. The parchment is good quality. Would recommend.

I do diamond art and I brought this to cover the project. Perfect for what I wanted it for and great value

The paper itself is nice and thick and really good quality however, the box is tricky to open and breaks easily meaning you can no longer use it to cut the paper.

Bought this as baking parchment seems to normally only come in 400mm width, or sometimes narrower. This gives an extra 25mm up each side of my baking tins, which works well.

Excellent for cooking most things in an oven, where you rewire non-stick or keeping oven trays clean. I use it for bread, scones and cakes regularly, but also line my pyrex containers, if I use them to cook things that might stick and cause too much cleaning up!
