Boosted my ferritin levels in 3.5 weeks!
I don’t really write reviews but I had to for this product. THIS STUFF WORKSSSS!!! I have had a low ferritin for YEARS (6-13 is usually my range). I heard about this and thought to try it since I have nothing to lose. As of now, I been taking it for about 3.5 weeks now. I noticed a little bit of a boost in energy and for the first time in years my period cramps weren’t as significant as they usually are. I thought it was all in my head till I went for a blood test yesterday and my Ferritin level is now a 34! I couldn’t believe it. For anyone with low ferritin, and wondering if this actually works, I’d give this a shot.

Really does improve absorption

Cheap, not real benefits of whey derived lactoferrin
Must be a lab created vegan lactoferrin, that’s why it’s cheap. If you want the real GI benefits then you need bovine derived (it’s double the price). And especially if you need it to work as a biofilm disrupter then you specifically need the apolactoferrin form that is depleted of iron and it will aggressively pull it from the bacterial in your gut.!

Using for iron and microbiome support. It's difficult to pinpoint the effectiveness from only a couple of weeks. But it's easy to take and didn't cause negative side effects. No obvious taste.
