What size is this? It does not say in the description.

It was a large. Not sure why it’s not giving an option for you to choose size.

Im 5.8 and 185lbs should i order regular large or short?

Inseam: Regular- 31", Short- 28 1/2", Tall- 34"

Does the navy blue in these match the navy blue in the WW revolution line?

Unfortunately the color dyes used in Cherokee's Infinity line will not match any other Cherokee scrub line. To match the Workwear Revolution colors, buying another item in the same line is always a guarantee to be a perfect color and fabric match. Though the fabric may be different in other lines, you can also shop Cherokee's iFlex, Form, Statement, and WW Professionals lines to receive a Navy Blue that will match your WW Revolution top.

What's the difference between "M" and "M short/tall?"

The difference between a Medium and a Medium Short/Medium Tall is the inseam length. For a size Medium, the inseam length is 31". For a size Medium Short, the inseam length is 18 1/2", and for a size Medium Tall the inseam length is 34".
