New-Skin Liquid Bandage, Waterproof Clear Bandage, 0.3 oz

Excellent! I favor my left elbow while relaxing in bed looking out my 3 bedroom windows facing south at our neighborhood park across the street, and high rise buildings less than a mile away. My right elbow isn’t affected at all. Please believe me, this product is Awesome! It’s very comforting, doesn’t sting, easy to apply, and dries very quickly. It should be the only product considered for various conditions, and has been a ‘Lifesaver’ for me. At age 70, I strongly recommend this as the Very ‘Best’ Product for various conditions. I sustained a bad gash on the palm of my hand. I ordered butterfly bandages and New Skin and used traditional fabric bandages while waiting for my order to arrive. Of course washing that part of my hand was impossible during the day. I applied new skin for the first time along with the butterfly bandages and it really burned. I believe the severity of the sting correlates with the severity of the injury. Because I put a thick application on the wound it took several minutes to dry. I soon was able to discontinue using the butterfly bandages as New Skin worked as an adhesive. Soon I was able to apply only New Skin and nothing else, which allowed me to freely wash that part of my hand again without immediately replacing a wet bandage. I believe New Skin has certainly aided in a quick recovery and kept the wound clean, secure and intact throughout the healing process. I will certainly continue to use this product in the future.

I hike and carry this with me every trip. I have been using this for years and haven't found anything that works as well for sealing and protecting cuts and scrapes. It is very thin and goes on easily with the brush applicator that is built into the cap. The bottle is very thick and can take a drop without breaking. The liquid bandage stings when applied, but that only lasts a few seconds. It dries within a minute or so and forms a hard protective surface. I don't think this can stop bleeding with deep cuts, but works well with scrapes, scuffs, and minor cuts. I usually buy the 0.3 oz. bottle because a liitle goes a long way. The 1 oz. bottle will probably expire before I can use it all.

This is good and so handy to have and carry in your purse. Works most of the time , I think it just depends on the area . I had one area on my finger that it didn’t help . But it’s helped everywhere else . I’m on blood thinners , that might be the reason I had a hard time that one time . It I do like it and will buy again when needed.

I often get small knicks on my fingers and usually wear bandages which is not convenient because of all day hand washing. This liquid bandage is fantastic! Stings a bit when first applied, but dries nicely and doesn't wash off.

Not what I expected. Despite reading reviews it is still much thinner and runnier than I thought. I layered on five coats and it was less than the thickness of one coat of nail polish. I might just use nail polish instead at this point. Probably OK for very superficial skin scrapes, but too much work to build a protective layer for deeper cuts.

I have NEVER used this before and OMG!!!!!! WOW! I am amazed! It IS waterproof! Does STAY on! AMAZING!!!!

A great product

Useful! Quite waterproof with 2 coats, used on small cuts on my hands where even waterprooof band-aids can’t hold off the water. Takes maybe half a minute for a thin coat to dry. Stings a bit when applied due to the antiseptic in it. Helped with wound healing as another cut on my finger was taking a long time to heal due to water getting through the bandaid (even though it was supposed to be waterproof). This kept it dry. Needed occasional re-applications. Smells like nail polish and applicator is also like a nail polish wand. A bit pricey for one bottle but it will last a long time as you only need a small bit per application.
