I grabbed this Dewalt polisher for weekend projects and to clean up our family SUV in the driveway. Cordless is huge, no dragging cords around the kids bikes. Good power and i can dial the speed down when my son helped on the hood. Battery life’s decent and the handle feels sturdy.

This works great, cordless so its very portable low noise looks great like all Dewalt products very comfortable handle and adjustable the speed can go so slow you can almost count the rpm's if you burn paint with this you are trying to paint comes out perfect and a glass smooth finish. gets rid of fine scratches for a mirror like finish. I am extremely happy with the purchase of this and recommend it to any serious car detail-er or paint finisher speed adjustability is easy and makes working fast and trouble free. I could go on and on, I have been wanting one of these for a very long time and finally got one it will make my car look better not to mention the money making opportunities it could also bring If you are at all thinking about getting one get the Dewalt it's top of the line, I have a collecetion of Dewalt cordless tool so yes I am bias but it is because they are the best.

What a great product. Makes my marble so shine. The device is lightweight but have a lot of power. I have the 6.0AH 20V XR battery. That’s a beast!

This is the polisher I grabbed for cleaning up my black SUV and, honestly, to fix the mess the kids leave on the dining table I converted into a little detailing station. Torque is strong and it stays pretty smooth at lower speeds. I like how I just roll the wheel with my thumb to slow it down around edges. Battery swap is quick and it feels balanced with a 5Ah pack. What bugs me is the weight. After a couple panels my shoulders feel it. Also wish it came with at least one backing plate so I did not have to hunt around for the right size on a Sunday afternoon.

Arrived and worked great. I would have preferred that it was shipped in something other than the retail box so you couldn’t tell what it was sitting on my porch. But all is well that ends well.

Ok look before anyone talks crazy about the battery life, I get it. It eats through batteries. But at the end of the day, there’s trade offs for everything. Idk about yall but I’m not really ever going over 2200 RPMs even though my corded rotary can go up to 3500. I still prefer this dewalt rotary because not only is it lighter, it’s just so much more convenient being cordless. And the little centering tube thing it came with is pretty dope, too. 10/10.

Good deal for a tired mom trying to fix up the family cars without a huge hassle. I grabbed this because dragging cords around the driveway with two kids running through the garage was making me crazy. The cordless part is awesome. It feels solid in my hands and the variable speed is easy to tweak when I’m switching from my minivan to my husband’s truck. I did my whole hood during nap time and it came out really nice. My only gripe is the weight once you add the bigger battery. After a while my arms were burning more than i expected. If u already have other dewalt tools and batteries, it makes way more sense.

I bought this DEWALT cordless polisher to buff and restore the gelcoat on our boat and it’s been incredible.
