If you like Polish cousine and you can’t find the “real thing”, this Barszcz Biały is really very good. I add a bit more of marjoram, horseradish, some cream and it’s delicious.

Great Soup
Bought this soup without knowing anything about it. Tonight I prepared it along with adding potatoes and green beans. I also added some sour cream. The soup is creamy, sweet and sour and a perfect size for one person. I enjoyed it very much and intend to purchase more. Hope you find it helpful.

Great Soup Mix! Smacznego!
I spent 3 weeks in Poland and had this soup numerous times over there, this is a great flavored mix for the base of the soup. I add cooked potatoes, sautéed onions and about 3/4 lb. of unsmoked Polska Kielbasa (sliced) to make this a delightful soup. Everyone that tries this loves it, a very unique flavor and best when served with some good bread! Smacznego!

Unacceptable short remaining shelf life
Normally, products from Kuchark are always excellent. Regrettably, the vendor sent it to me with the remaining shelf life of 4 months only. As far as I know the minimum remaining shelf life should be 6 months. This is a reoccurring problem with this distributor. Shame on this vendor. Taking into consideration reoccurring problem with the violation of the shelf life rule, I strongly encourage Amazon to remove this vendor from the list of approved distributors.
