What is the expiration date?

The Maxcell CR2032 batteries I recently ordered from "mybatterysupplier" which were in the item description noted as "expire date 2022" were in fact dated as advertised (2022 - about 8 years from now). Buying batteries like these is risky on-line because so many people are clearing-out old ones and some foreign countries are making and selling fakes. Stick with brand-name batteries, from known good-rated suppliers, and with the expiration noted in the item description line so you have grounds to protest if not what advertised. If they aren't advertising the expiration date, they must be hiding it. Regards.

Are these the same as CR2032 H?

CR2032-H The "H" after CR2032 means the battery can be recharged. It also refers to the battery's discharge rate. In this case, the "H" refers to a high discharge rate. The CR2032 also comes in medium (M) and low (L) discharge varieties. I would replace it with the H version even if the price was 3 times as much. Any more than that and I would try the standard battery. You didn't state what the battery was intended for so that's the best answer I can give.

would this battery fit on New Balance Lifetrnr?

If it uses battery type CR2032 then YES!

Tried to order but delivery came up as 1-2 weeks! where are they being shipped from?

I can't remember but mine took about that long. I just order alot of them a couple times a year.
