This case was a tricky one... It started because a blue screen happened after installing a new Crucial SSD and tried to image my drive... I thought I had a bad back up image even Turns out that this "issue" was due to a little problem with the contacts in my ram slots... New ram did not help. At first, I thought maybe a ram module was bad.. then I thought it was the ram slot. Well, I took a tiny soft brush, gently cleaned out the ram slot, and now my system is up and running. My old ram works, my new ram works.... but this silly error did give me an excuse to put 32GB and 2 1TB drives in my M.2 Slots... Success in the event of failure..... that is what defines what kind of person you are! Thanks for your persistent attempt to give me good customer service... even though it was not asked, or even expected.... I did not think the offer of Tech Support was real... What is better than tech support to call for help? How about Tech Support that calls you to make sure you do not need any help! I bought a thumb drive with recovery software, what I got was an organization intent on assisting me. They are A+ in my book Sincerely Daniel Slack

Dont waste your money, it's a weird version of windows and it wont allow you to do anything you want to do with it at all. Your better off just downloading windows 10 and using that. I did that and it works way better and I can actually use drivers and accessories, not to mention its free.

I've been working on 4 Compaq nx6110 laptops trying to get Win 10 installed. The download system to usb or dvd did not work. There was always something wrong with this or that. I tried all different ways to install. after 2 months of this I happened across this USB add. I purchased it, and after it was in the computer, it took about 15 min, maybe 20 min.and Win 10 was installed and working. Still have to hunt down some drivers foe the wifi, but Win 10 is working. Microsoft downloads would not work at all, This USB device did. BUY IT !!!!

I think the instructions were written for a desktop and not a laptop. The software wouldn't boot for my Gateway laptop as instructed. For mine I had to tap F2 to got into Setup and to the "BOOT" menu and move the USB drive to the top of the list before the hard drive. Then the software worked as stated and it was easy from there on. EZALink tech support was very helpful and verified what I had done. I was able to fix and restore Windows 10 and my laptop is now up and running and most importantly with no loss of data. This $15 piece of software saved me from having to buy a new laptop.

Got exactly what I was looking for from ordering this item. Fixed my computer easily and they also send step-by-step instructions for anyone who needs those directions to make sure you do it right. Great product

Worked but a few weeks later when I was trying out the additional, optional software on the drive, my PC locked up on it and I am unable to recover anything. Now I'm not sure if it really worked or I got lucky and then something unrelated took place. I read the very in depth, half page leaflet they supplied for instructions. The whole page! I'm trying to use the System Repair Recovery Install Restore Boot Fix Flash Drive Spray & Wash Fix a Flat Cooperative Collective Community Service Operation Outreach Program Project that's been overly worded and tagged that I really don't know what it's purpose is. This System Repair Recovery Rejuvenate Install Restore Renew Boot Fix Flash Drive PRNDL2 etc etc is very much hit or miss. 50/50. Sometmes they work. Like those ED supplements. Results highly very. Don't get your hopes up but keep trying.

This product was a live saver. I had been trying to update my wife's office computer for a few weeks from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 with ZERO luck no matter how many online blogs I read advice on. So I thought I'd give this drive a try based on the level of support and satisfaction it had, but in the end I didn't even need to contact support. This drive worked like a charm! Couldn't be more pleased, just wish I would have come across it sooner.

The instructions are convoluted any additional resources are convoluted or incorrect entirely. I can't believe I spent this money thinking that I could fix my computer myself with a thumb drive. I'm going to take it to the shop because when I started my computer said that it had Windows 10 on it and by the time I was done it said there was no windows on it and I followed the instructions exactly to the point that I could.

Laptop did not recognise this usb drive other laptop do the same , when tried on working laptop it was simply skipped during boot . Turned out this usb flash drive is not a bootable drive. It works fine on runni g wi dows but doesn't work in dos or if need booting from this directly. Tried on 5 different systems, not recognisable. Returned.

Used it on computer it worked ok.

Was not as reliable as expected
