But I would recommend buying a product designed for .17 cal. **Q: will this product clean a 177 cal air gun ?** A: No, you will need the .177 Air Rifle Bore-Whip. **Q: How long are these ? will they work for a benjamin maximus breech ( same as the disco ) ?** A: These are 45 inches long and please remind him these are for .22cal. We also make them for .177 caliber. They definitely should be long enough unless it's a custom barrel. **Q: Will different size tips fit this whip? I have .22, .25, and .357 rifles?** A: These particular bore whips have an integral sponge head that is NOT removable or interchangeable.
