I bought this brewer's yeast for the Shaker container I use Brewer's yeast on my cat's food as a bug and flea preventative.The value for the money was good for the amount that was in the container it seals nice and tight so I feel safe that she's not going to eat anything that's not of the best freshness the versatility of having a Shaker as well as flipping the other side off and I could actually spoon it onto her food so that was wonderful.I personally don't like brewer's yeast but I get it for my animal's flea control it's natural and it doesn't make them sick it helps them with their coat their skin there's so many health benefits they get from Brewer's yeast.

Decided to try this to cut calories when wanting to use cheese. This is so perfect. Tastes cheesy and salt, but very low sodium and calories and high in so many other nutrients. Can use it as a seasoning and a lot like cheese - Sprinkle on popcorn for a cheesy tasting popcorn, cook it in meals like a cheese (I mix it in after cooking) can be used in a breading, can be used in soups or stews. Really tasty and versatile!

I swear by this nutritional yeast. Provides you with the nutrition you need. A nice cheesy taste. A complement to any food. Expand your repertoire. Yummy!

Convenient

I've been adding this to popcorn and eggs and it's very satisfying. Mild, faint flavor ("cheese") so it's not overwhelming. Would definitely get again

See attached pictures for size comparison. Great addition to any meal or side dish. It is salt, gluten, and sugar free. It has no egg, milk, wheat, corn, starch, soy, animal derivatives and no artificial colors or preservatives either. It did not have any MSG. I found it was a great seasoning for those on a healthier diet or if you have serious allergies. I did not notice any flavor difference compared to the highly salted or highly artificial ones. Serving size is one tablespoon and is 20 calories and 1g of dietary fiber. The price is reasonable so why not give it a try.The bottle has a shaker top (see attached picture) so you can replace your salt shaker with this. This bragg product will be on my amazon wish list always. I had a hard time finding bragg products in my small town. I found shopping on amazon from the comfort of my home an easy way to get anything I need for my home and even pantry! My new go to addition to my spice cabinet. The price is right and so worthy of giving it a try.

My son uses it as a topping, in place of Parmesan cheese on several dishes. It smells good and stays fresh for a long time. It is a versatile product that some friends add to baked goods, but we haven’t yet tried that. It’s a good sized container which makes up for the price. It lasts a long time so I typically only buy one container every 6 months. We’ve had no problem with the seal.
