Nice oil for hair and skin has a little smell but it mustard seed and you can cook with it. The smell doesn’t last long. Excellent quality.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I hadn't slept all night because of a cough. I decided to try vicks on my feet. We didn't have any. I decided to try this. I mixed 1 teaspoon of this with 1 teaspoon of caster oil. I put it on my chest and the bottom of my feet under my socks. I slept for hours!

Pungent tasty and fresh quality at a good value. Only complaint, i wish it came in glass bottles. I love the smell.

I don’t know if this worked as well as it’s designed. The smell was really bad and I could not continue to use it.
