Used while travelling internationally as an extra immune boost, we went from US to Europe and back with 3 kids taking these and not one of them caught even so much as a cold! Good quality and my fussy eaters loved the taste.

I use this all year round for my school aged child and i feel that works amazing. It is a little hard to chew because it is a bigger gummy but not the biggest deal for my child since she likes the taste of it. Smells more like candy to me than a vitamin and does not upset her tummy which many vitamins with zinc tend to do. I feel my child did not get nearly as sick compared to last year when she was not taking anything.
