Fortnum & Mason Piccadilly Lemon Curd Biscuits, 200g

Whole tin of biscuits came broken. Not one was whole. Looks like they were just thrown around. They taste great but look horrible. Can’t use them for what I wanted to.

Great flavor but came in crumbled pieces

The can of biscuits was severely bent when I took it out of the box. Since I am not allowed to return it, I opened the can and found that the top third and bottom third of biscuits are completely crushed. So, in reality I paid $29 for 6 cookies. Ridiculous! When something arrives this broken it should be replaced immediately. Very poor policy. Stephanie Smith

I received the biscuits in a completely shattered state, reduced to small pieces. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy them at all and ended up losing our money. Very disappointing experience.

I miss London and was really looking forward to the arrival of these biscuits Fortnum and Mason represents luxury goods of the highest quality . Imagine my disappointment when a tin of wrapped biscuits arrived, were opened and fragments fell out. There were three unbroken biscuits in the packet , the rest were in very small pieces . I've since read quite a few reviews since and have discovered that this is common . This leads me to deduce that there is something wrong with the packaging . That needs to be rectified IMMEDIATELY There goes the superior reputation of FORTNUM and MASON . Why would anyone pay extavagant prices for broken , rather ordinary cookies .? dollars in a supermarket would be more apreopriate .

I really like it but as you can see in the pictures you had to eat it with a spoon! Before I even opened the package it was mostly broken biscuit pieces!
