The Original Acne Fighting Silver Ionic Pillowcase

I've been using this pillow case for about a week now, and I have to say that I love it. When I wake up, my face feels just as clean as it was when I went to sleep - not oily feeling. I can see my face slowly clearing up, and no new blemishes have appeared. The only thing in my nightly schedule that has changed besides this pillowcase is that I've started taking fish oil supplements for my skin, and I think that they and the pillowcase are working very wonderfully together. If nothing else, a fresh new pillowcase will always be good for your skin. My only (admittedly minor) gripe is that I would love to see this available in different colors. I would definitely recommend this to anyone fighting off acne!

This was a total fail. I usually don't write bad or poor reviews, but I think my experience is worth reporting.. The case burned and stung my face, or felt like tiny prickly needles when I lay my cheek on it. I wasn't moving around, I was still, and the fabric wasn't rough. I also felt a heat sensation. Only thing I can think of is some kind of chemical or conductive reaction? I tried to use the case a couple of times, thinking it was me and not it. But, I could not lay my face on this pillow case. Very sad as I wanted to like it.

So does it actually do anything or is it a placebo effect? I'm not sure... The material is extremely thin and feels like your typical t-shirt- I read many reviews saying this and back this 100%. It came in a box without any tags; it looked extremely disappointing to be honest... Anyways, my story: I recently got off of Accutane (I apparently had an allergic reaction) and I have now completely scarred and ruined my skin. With a new doctor and with new face creams and meds, I feel like things have been progressing slowly but surely. I am open to anything and this pillowcase seemed interesting as I read reviews. When I wake up in the morning, my skin is not nearly as oily and I now skip washing my face first thing in the morning- there's no need. This is a HUGE improvement as I'm trying to not dry out or irritate my skin any further. The cream I lather in at night doesn't stain this pillow case.. obviously because it's white in color, which anyone using acne creams NEEDS to invest in a white pillow case to save their good sheets. I think the concept behind the Hygenie seems legit, and if it works or if it doesn't, I wouldn't know, but it seems to be helping me, and I will continue to use it. I bought it saying why not, might as well, and I will be keeping it. Try it for yourself too!

Fine. A bit rough. No real skin improvement since started using.

So after waiting over two months and wondering where my pillow case was I finally left some feedback on amazon since I thought it was way past the 'just running late' phase. Not long after I left the feedback I got a call from the director of operations of the company aking me to call him back and he was concerned genuinely about my not getting my purchse. While talking to him I said that I guessed i just wanted my money back, because I waited too long and was upset that I didn't get it (and it said tracking number unavailable). He was more than nice as I am sure he had nothing to do with the actual shiopment of the product, and had no problem with me saying i would jus rather be refunded, I was immediately refunded and bummed because I have acne prone skin and had heard from a friend that changing to an anti microbial pillow case had really helped her. Anyways, after getting my money refunded, I got a packing in the mail first class with my pillowcase. So not only did he rectify the problem with giving me a refund,but he also rushed the pillow case I had ordered to me, and I LOVE IT. I feel like it is helping so much and when I wake up in the morning I am not finding 2 new pimples every morning. Great product, bad mix up, excellent customer service

So I'm on day 2 of sleeping on this pillowcase. I'm a 26 year old male that is dealing with consistent acne breakouts. Usually after waking up. I knew deep down inside that it was what I was sleeping on, but decided to deal with it using all sorts of chemical washes and moisturizers. I decided to order this pillowcase hoping that it would help. The first day of sleeping on it I woke up without any irritation on my face. Its too soon to tell as it is a brand new pillowcase, but so far I'm ecstatic, I haven't had a breakout in over 2 days which is quite a miracle =)

I had high hopes for this case but it just looked gross after a couple of washes and I didn't notice a difference. I ended up having to throw it out because it was so pilled and looked ratty, not to mention not soft to sleep on after a few washes. What a waste of money!

Very nice lightweight pillow case. My skin is looking much better. I can feel it is much more breathable and it just feels cleaner than other pillow cases. My skin has noticed a difference. This pillow case doesn't trap as much oils as regular ones.
