Best product for deepest sleep. Total game changer.

VERY STONG!
This knocked me the F out and I only took one capsule so def be careful if you are sensitive. I woke up sleepy too. I think because I took it too late. I’ll be saving this for my emergency break glass supplement for needing sleep but not routinely because it’s too strong for me. Def works. But woke up tired. Smells like vitamins. I would say if sleep is the goal you get your moneys worth. Next time maybe I start with smaller dose or take it when I don’t have work the next day. Or take it early in the night perhaps not as late as I did. 🤷♀️

Helps but not as good as the prior kavinace
The prior kavinace was much much better Not sure why the CDC pulled it. I slept fabulous with the prior one. This one helps but nothing compared to the first one.

Snake oil false claims!
This stuff is junk! Zero affect! Don’t WASTE your time or money!! TOTAL disappointment!! Kavinace Plus best sleep aid ever invented! Worked prefect 7 hours sleep every night 18 months. Then the corrupt FDA outlawed it. This stuff is worthless Pissed I wasted money on their snake-oil! DO NOT PURCHASE IT! Save yourself disappointment! WHAT A WASTE!! Only one star because there isn’t a ZERO star to option!

Very effective
They don't usually help me fall asleep faster, but they do help me achieve a deeper sleep, wake less often throughout the night, and wake in the morning feeling refreshed. The ingredients are great, I would definitely recommend these to anyone that struggles with sleep and wants a more natural solution.
