**Q: how many does it serve?**
A: Sepends on how much sauce you use per serving. If 4oz is used, it would serve 26.5. If you use 3.5oz you get 30 servings.

**Q: Once opened, can remainder be frozen (102 oz)?**
A: Absolutely! I portion mine into 4oz cups and freeze.

**Q: After opened how long before this goes bad?**
A: I wouldn't eat it after it has been opened over a week.   I removed the cheese from the can and put it in a Tupperware container and stored it in the fridge.  After a week, it started to look like it need to be thrown out.

**Q: Is the can metal thick? fedex dented the can up something awful. are the cans sturdy enough not to breach if they get dented? i'm hoping so.**
A: The cans are thick. Shipping should be no issue.
