I received the faucet with no damage. All parts were in the box (no tools, use your own). It came with simple instructions that had pictures to make it easier to install. Took me a little over an hour because I hate going under the sink. It was easy though. Quality seems great. Easy to swivel or move the faucet/sprayer from side to side or out of the way. Great water pressure. I really like the restaurant look and it easily goes back after you pull the sprayer out. Make sure to install the weight provided at the spot they designated with tape. Simple upgrade at a great price.

Very beautiful sink. All sinks are hard to remove BUT putting this new one in was easy. Very beautiful and functional. It has 2 settings- spray and then regular waterfall. I saw sinks just like this one at Home Depot for $100+ which is ridiculous when this was $30!! I love it

UPDATE the next day: I discovered that once you unhook the handheld part from the holder, you can spin the holder back out of the way, and the force of the spring actually aims the water directly at the center of my sink basin! So, problem solved! I think this is actually an easier way to use it as well, as you can just reach up and direct the water around much easier than having to pull it out of the holder first. Even on full blast, the force of the spring keeps it aimed at the center. This is a very nice faucet at an amazing price. I replaced a "Water Ridge" faucet I'd bought from Costco a few years ago, which developed a leak under the sink. I took the opportunity to upgrade to this stylish design. It was super easy to install, and took me more time to remove the old faucet than to install this one. It uses standard 3/8" plumbing connections. The instructions don't have the best English, and one of the steps was already done for me, which was confusing at first. But neither of those is a big deal. The water flow is very good and I think it outputs more volume than my previous one, as I get hot water without waiting as long as with my old one. What I did notice though when rinsing dishes, compared to my old faucet which was a more traditional design, is that when I pivot this faucet over either basin of my dual sink, because of the length of the arm (which is 9 inches according to the diagram), it's not possible to position it in the center of either basin of my sink. Look at the picture of it in my sink to see what I mean. So the best I can do is to position it at a place where I can rinse dishes without bumping into the side of sink or splashing water all over the back of the sink. It's certainly OK, and of course it's not a fault of this faucet. But I would advise anyone who is putting this on a dual sink, to see if a faucet with 9 inches of reach is going to reach the center of your basins. It was not something I though to consider before buying. Next time I will probably look for one with 12 or more inches of reach, if that exists. Even with 9 inches, it still looks fine, and is perfectly usable, just not ideal.

Our faucet bit it, so I came on here to find a replacement. For $40, I was expecting okay, instead, I got fantastic. Both our plumber and my husband agree it’s a steal - gorgeous, easy to install and use, and does the job. If you are on the fence, hop off and buy this - it’s worth it!

EXPERIENCIA PERSONAL Hemos cambiado la fregadera entera. La de serie era bastante fea y se estropeaba muy pronto. Este grifo encaja perfectamente con colores oscuros o claros, pues tiene un tono Níquel bastante neutro. Los materiales se ven robustos. Cuando abres el grifo o lo desplazas, se nota la rigidez y el buen encaje que tiene en la fregadera, a pesar de tener un mecanismo de fijado super sencillo pero a la vez eficaz. Le falta un pelín de flexibilidad a la manguera, para mi gusto, pero pronto te acostumbras a la pequeña fuerza que has de hacer al mover la manguera. Al tener el muelle, que es bastante gordo, se mantiene muy bien en una posición, fuera de su punto de anclaje y eso hace que sea un pelin, casi nada, más dificultoso de girar y manipular que el otro grifo extensible que tenía. Prefiero este mil veces igualmente. La instalación es super sencilla. Una rosca en la parte inferior del grifo que se une con la parte negra que vemos en la foto, debajo de la encimera. Mitigeur flexible vraiment pratique au quotidien. L’installation se fait facilement, du comment que l'on sais couper l'eau et viser 3 trucs avec une clefs à prise multiple, et une fois en place tout inspire confiance : rien ne bouge, aucune fuite constatée. Le flexible apporte un vrai confort d’utilisation, surtout pour rincer l’évier, nettoyer les coins ou remplir des casseroles volumineuses. Les deux modes de jet sont bien pensés : un jet unique pour plus de débit et un peu moins de pression pour le remplissage et le rinçage rapide, et un jet multiple qui lui à moins de débit mais plus de pression.. Le passage d’un mode à l’autre est bien placé et réactif. Il repasse automatique en mode normal lorsque la pression est faible. La poignée est fluide, on règle facilement la température et le débit, et la pression est top. Niveau finition, ça fait très sérieux et haut de gamme.
