Doesn't come with case, only the game card itself with a piece of note stating it is a renewed product that is it.The game card itself is fairly clean, no dirt or stain of any kind, and it is functional and playable as if original.Case or not is not really my concern much anyway so long as it work is all what matter.Overall it is a good purchase for the price.

One of the best Mario games!
This game is actually quite good despite coming out in the somewhat bland era of the New Super Mario Bros series. Mine came with a scuffed case, but the cartridge looked and played great!

Not worth it
Do not buy this, you only receive the cartridge itself and for that price it is nowhere near worth it, just go to a second hand store and get it for a fraction of the price. If you do wanna pay 4x the price for just the cartridge, then get it.
