We live in Colorado and it gets so dry. I love these for my tween girls who never drink enough water. Flavor was good. A little chalky but to be expected and the aftertaste doesn’t linger!

These absolutely saved my run and I'll never do a marathon without! So much easier than chugging water and hoping to avoid a cramp. Definitely need to drink some to wash the chewable down (like a less chalk-y Tums), but the taste isn't bad and they're super effective. Saved me in about 4 marathon/course runs this year!

These are amazing! So hydrating and they taste and smell amazing! My only complaint would be affordability. I don’t think I can afford to buy them regularly.

The description of this product made me think I was going to receive 10 packets, but I only received one with 10 tablets. The tablets are designed to substitute for drinking water with electrolytes, and the instructions suggest taking more than one/hr to keep electrolytes up while doing sports -- each tablet doesn't contain a lot of electrolytes. That makes this option much lower on the electrolyte / $ scale than I had thought. Doesn't mean it wouldn't make sense for some people though.

Are you a hiker? Like to do activities and work outs in the heat? These are for you! Quick dehydration, my body went from 1 to 10 in a matter of minutes! I didn't think I could make it to the top of the trail we were climbing, just wore myself out...hot sun in the dessert...but these little tablets are an answer to prayer! I'd definitely recommend for purchase!!

They taste awful but they’re the only thing that helps with my pots when I’m on the go and have no liquid IV

Watermelon flavour tastes like salty watermelon candy mixed with Italian salad dressing. It's disgusting. I have had the orange before and it was pretty good. I would never get these watermelon ones again.
