How far does the water/spray come out into the sink? (measuring from the center of the mounting hole out to the center of the spray)

9" horizontally from center of stem to center of the spray head. If you measure from the center of the mounting hole at the sink, on a diagonal to the center of the spray, it would be 13"

What is the rotation on the hot cold lever? Does it need to be rotated backwards? We don’t have much clearance between faucet and back wall.

It’s a quarter degree rotation. The angle you see the lever in the picture is the maximum it will go. It stops parallel to the tap so you don’t need much space between faucet and back wall.

If you mean is the spray head/faucet head made of metal, then the answer is yes.

The soap from the dispenser is coming out a different color and smells like metal. Is there an issue with the pump and antibacterial soap?

Mine works perfectly. My guess is if soap sits in the line for an extended period, maybe it could change the smell and color of the soap.
