XMark Adjustable Weight Bench, High Performance Adjustable Bench, 1500 lb Weight Capacity, Strength Training Adjustable Benches for Commercial or Home Use

This is a solid, well made bench. I am 6ft1in and the height, dimensions and hinging point are comfortable and permit very stable and safe exercise. The bench arrived in good shape. The box is double layer, heavy cardboard which protects the components secured within. It took awhile to cut all the strapping and heavy zip ties holding it all together. The fasteners - nuts, bolts, washers - came vacuum sealed on a well marked cardboard sheet and not loose in a bag, identified by number and size. The instructions are well presented with exploded diagrams clearly designating what parts are installed with which fasteners. In my instructions there was a minor difference in numbers of bolts with the card containing the hardware, but the count and contents on the fastener card were correct. Good investment.

Super simple to assemble. Took me all of about 15 minutes to assemble. VERY STURDY BENCH! I am a tall (6'4"), large (260lb) person, and this bench doesn't move under me - even when putting up over 200lbs. This bench changes angles easily, and yet never feels un-sturdy regardless of angle. Bench is so comfortable, I will catch myself sitting on it after an incline workout, watching TV, and then 5 minutes go by, and I think - Oh, I need to keep working out. Fantastic bench for the money - very happy.

I been lifting weights for over 20 years. I lifted in gyms of all kinds, lifted heavy to light and everything in between. Not a professional bodybuilder or competitor or influencer. Just a man who works hard and enjoys the therapeutic benefits of how it makes me feel more then anything. I’m not flashy and i just want something reliable and that’s exactly what this bench is. It’s built solid, has good weight to it, and i feel good benching over 300 on it without any issues. Been using this bench for over 2 years now and it’s just as comfortable as day one. Its in my garage out of the weather but it gets moved a lot for squats and put back. Its just all around a good value. Very happy with this purchase and as long as the mfg keeps the quality the same and the price points lower then the flashy competition, I’ll make this brand my go to.

Although expensive for several hundreds of dollars, I would buy again (although it would not be my first choice due to cost, but I purchased during COVID pandemic hysteria). As my attached pics show, the bench will lay flat and has various tilting angles, including decline. The seat is wider (for a big butt) than necessary for most, but it does not interfere with exercises. The foot-rest/leg-lock does not remove, and can be awkward to put your leg behind (for decline support) because the gap between the support and the bench frame is close (if you have big calves, it may be painful); the trick seems to be to keep your knees forward past the seat while doing decline. The foot-rest/leg-lock does not interfere with exercises (flat, incline, etc.). It will take 2-hours to put the bench together; not difficult, but if you have a 16mm & 17mm socket wrench, it will speed things up notably. Pieces 31 & 35 (see pic) will not be used; they are back-ups if the frame foot-covers come off (they come already attached to frame). Box also includes a small bottle of touch-up paint for any scratches from shipping, but I did not find any scratches. As shown in one of the attached pics, you will want to take a picture of the hardware board (bolts, washers, etc.) because when you peel off the plastic to access the hardware, the plastic will remove some of the printed part descriptions (you will need to know the part numbers for putting the thing together). Was delivered when promised. (I see no option to attached the pics I mentioned above.)

I have owned multiple incline/decline benches over the years, and the XMark 9010 is "just what the doctor ordered". This bench is "hands down", the best bench that I have owned. Overall this bench is extremely sturdy @ 1500 lb. capacity, excellent seam-work applied to the dense cushion pads, and heavy duty metal that will last you a lifetime. Yes, it is more expensive than most benches advertised for home use, but hey, this is a "commercial" grade bench, and less expensive than other comparable benches. Well, there you are, I cant say enough good things about the XMark 9010. GET ONE!

This bench is super sturdy and I like that you don't have to bend down and pull/unscrew anything to move the back of the bench. Great design. The seat it super wide though. I'm 5'10" and feel like I'm straddling a horse to get my legs around the seat. You usually have your legs on the sides for stability, not in the front with your knees together. I wish the seat was not flared out so wide. The cushion is great but I think the vinyl fabric is not as thick as you think. The texture makes it seam thicker than it is. Over-priced probably thanks to Covid but still a good bench.

Easily the most well made and sturdy pieces of exercise equipment Ive ever purchased. The seat is incredibly well made and comfortable. The bevel in the back/seat cushions fits your butt when in flat and some incline positions and guides you into a consistent position on the bench. The feet on this bench are made of plastic whereas most are rubber but this works for me because I slide it around on carpet a lot and if they were rubber it would be much harder to move. Very pleased with my purchase.

An excellent commercial grade bench! It's sturdy & can handle your heavy weight training without being too heavy to move around. The various incline adjustments are far superior to my old FID bench. The padding & leather are all up to par & I have no doubt that this bench will last me for years to come. Worth every penny!
