what is the center to center lenth on the screw holes?

centerline to centerline 1 1/2" length of hingecenterline to centerline 1 7/16" across bendable part of hinge My cooler had pop-in hinges and I replaced them with these screw-in type. Others popped out all the time

Will these work on a rubbermaid cooler??
