You can use this to program snes and nes eproms (using the 27c line of eproms), but not n64.

Can this program single-shot proms in addition to eproms?

Yes, OTP devices can be programmed. I suggest perusing the supported device list to see if your required device is listed.

Does this work with Windows XP 32-bit?
