Good product and good customer support
I'm a 5' 11" tall male with a medium build. I initially ordered the medium, but I found it to be too tight on me. I planned on returning it, but figured I'd reach out to the company first. I received a response the same day, offering me the option of trying the larger size. I have now used the larger size for the past 4 nights, and I'm happy with it. It's a good fit, and has a good range of adjustment. It serves its purpose well, keeping my arm from bending much, without being particularly uncomfortable. I'm happy with the purchase, and I'm also impressed with the company's fast and helpful customer support.

Does what it promises and fast delivery!
I was having numbness in my pinky and ring finger every morning when I woke up and it would last for a good 30 minutes - 1 hour 😳 it freaked me out, but a doctor visit is not an option right now! I have hyperextending elbows and I sleep on my side and I thought I’d give this a product a try. Obviously sleeping with a restraint isn’t the most comfortable but I got used to it and after night one woke up fine. Continued to wear rest of the week and still waking up without the numbness. I’m so relieved. Definitely worth a try!!!

Inside sleeve helps a lot when having to put on alone.
Provides great support. Stabilizes arm. Easy to use.

Sort of worked
The idea of this brace is to keep your arm straight for problems like nerve issues. It does work when it stays in place. However, if will slip down quite easily. To solve this, they provide a strap that connects to the brace and goes around your neck. I found this to be extremely uncomfortable at night. I would not buy again.

Good product
Worked good and took care of fixing numbness in hand. Takes a little getting used to while sleeping.

Cubital Tunnel Syndrome Relief!
I bought this for my boyfriend after wrapping a towel around his arm wasn’t keeping it completely straight. He has Cubital Tunnel Syndrome, where his pinky and ring finger go numb often during the night. He’s started wearing this at night to help keep his arm straight and it works perfectly :) The only “issue” he’s had has been that it’s a little difficult to adjust on your own, but he has me so it’s a non-issue 😉 It feels sturdy and durable, made of good quality materials. He doesn’t use the shoulder strap, but it seems decently made as well. 😊 Thanks so much for this affordable and effective product!

"New" item arrived covered in someone's pet hair
Very disappointed when it arrived covered with hair. Gross! I'm guessing someone with a dog or cat returned it and it was sent out to me. I would have returned it but I didn't want my husband to have to wait longer for one. I picked off all the hairs myself. It fits and works really well for my husband. It's exactly what his physical therapist recommended. If it had arrived in new condition without pet fur on it, I would have given it 5 stars instead of 1.

Good for longer arms
This brace is a solid choice for working with cubital tunnel syndrome to hold the elbow straight especially at night when many crunch their poor elbows witbout realizing it. This product comes with strap, is longer at around 10 inches in length, contains no other firm plastic except for the boning that keeps the elbow straight and not in the velcro to secure the wrap like other models and contains the very important flap which prevents the arm from accidentally getting pinched. Remember this is not for compression but for positioning when being used for healing cubital tunnel syndrome. I did find this can slip slightly at night but not enough to allow me to bend the elbow and perhaps I should have simply sized down to a smaller size. I am not sure how this would hold up under heavy use because the velcro tabs are glued and not sewn and with heavy wear with frequent securing I'm not sure how long this would stay firm. But many other options are also glued so this might be standard for a brace that is less than $20. It's a good option to begin to explore if this type of therapy helps your condition.
