They do oversize just a little. Ive been wearing 10.5 ww to 11's in a square toe for decades. Redwing made a 10 EEE square toe that fit. Im wearing a 9.5 extra wide in these shoes and they fit comfortably without excessive heel slip. In terms of style I have found that cognac does not replaces oxblood in terms of masculine warmth. It is a substitute that is brown and not dark brown or black. I would like to see an option for Burgundy or oxblood. In terms of comfort. Unlike smooth insoles, these have raised bumps that take some getting used to. I have found that with modest room to spread my toes I have better grip on the souls of the shoes that feels more connecting to the ground - that quick side step I need to make comes with more control and precision. I will end my review on this note: In terms of footwear, these shoes give me a feeling of being well connected to the surface I am standing on. I wish they were available in Oxblood. This company deals with returns for wrong sizes swiftly, thanks in part to Amazon's ties with Whole Foods - the exchange process was painless. I had my shoes exchanged in two days. I have an extremely hard time finding what i want in my size locally. I dreaded the exchange process thinking this was going to drag out a month. Nope - two days to get my hands on them the first time, two days more to have the right fit. Now lets see how long they last. Im hoping too get at least a year, and maybe two.

First of all, I wanted the tumble brown but there were none in my size so I ordered the "brown" pictured here. As it turns out I did not get what I ordered, but I got the tumble brown, which is what I wanted in the first place. Go figure. Anyway, that's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. The fit is great. There is enough room in the toe box for circulation. They could be a little tighter around the ankle, I'm always worried that if I would have to walk fast or run from terminal to terminal in an airport one might fly off. I hope not. The only real fix for that is tie down shoes. They are very nice looking for both casual and dress. They are very comfortable with the memory foam foot-bed. Contrary to the answer in one of the questions, the foot-bed is removable so a person can use the insert that is most comfortable for him. There were no blemishes on my pair.

My wife bought these for me. Perfect fit and wore right out of the box. Extremely comfortable fit! I like these a lot. I have the color - Brown Crazy Horse - which is a little bit pebbly and a medium dark brown. She said she had a hard time deciding between this one and the Cognac. Would like to see the 2 different colors next to each other.

I have had several pairs of these over the years. The soles do wear quickly and are shot after about 18 months to 2 years. Still very comfortable for work. All have looked the same in color. However, this last pair purchased about 6 weeks ago was different. I purchased a cognac pair expecting the usual reddish brown polished leather. However, this color is now a light brown shade, and the finish is an unpolished pebbled texture. I thought perhaps they had switched to a man made leather since it feels different. The tag no longer says genuine leather upper. The last two pairs I had were made in Vietnam. This pair was made in China. So just be aware the materials seem to have been downgraded. Fit is the same.

This is my second pair of these shoes. But after many years of use, it was time for an upgrade. These ones are new improved model so comfortable and light weight. But very well made still. They are designed to reduce stress on your foot in normal walking conditions.

After my nine year old son had all but destroyed his third (or so) pair of boys' dress shoes in a relatively short time frame, I decided it was time to look for a better quality men's shoe with the hope it would better withstand his abuse. This Nunn Bush brand was available from a local retailer and got good reviews, so I gave them a try, purchasing a men's size 8.5 for my boy. They cost about double of the boy's shoes. These shoes lasted, and still looked pretty good, until my son told me they were getting too tight. He wasn't kidding as he needed a men's 10.5 (at age 12)! He is now almost 15 years old and still wearing the 10.5 pair, and they look almost as good as when new. Granted my son isn't as rough on his shoes as he was when younger, and he may need a larger size again soon, but for them to last through his growth needs has been a great blessing. And he reports that they are comfortable, too. The quality is so much better, the extra cost was well worth it.

I bought this after good experience with another shoe of the same brand. Compare both, this one use thinner material and the appearance do not match the photo on the website unless you apply wax conditioner. To achieve maximum comfort, do consider buy wider in size to insert additional insole.
