I use it almost every day, brought it at the start of December or something and I've still got over half a bar left. I used to suffer with body odour a week before my period, and it would just get worse as I got closer. I would have to wash my underarms with antibacterial hand soap every month without fail at this time or the month bc body wash wouldn't get rid of the smell. Now I use Aleppo soap and I do not suffer with that at all. It's really antimicrobial so I've solved that one. It doesn't have a smell, so that's how you know it's working as any odour is gone. so I sometimes have a quick wash afterwards with body wash just bc I like the smell. I only use this on my face during that time in my cycle when my skin is oily, and only for a quick 10 seconds. Otherwise it irritates my skin, makes it dry and itchy. I wouldn't use this as shampoo due to that. I have oily skin naturally, so I was surprised it dried my face out. But my body loves it!! I used it everywhere, everyday. No BO, no pongy feet. Lasts for absolutely ages. I love it!
