Not the best but ok for price
These have horrible adhesive. I have to take my shoes off and fix them several times throughout the day. But they came with a lot for the price so can’t expect too much out of them.

This product has great quality and the adhesion is good too
Found out the hard way that Converse run a little big and don't have much support. Added an orthotic, swapped out the shoe liner, and then tried several heel grips. These heel grips were by far the best. Adhered perfectly and they don't move taking your shoe on and off even with the puffiness. Very soft and you don't even know they're there. If you need a heel grip, definitely go with this one.
