We played them all as a family of 6, sometimes 6 is a little too big a number as not everyone gets a look in but it is helpful when you get stuck. The app can give hints if you get stuck and penalties if you make the wrong deductions taking away time which the app tracks. If you run of out time to escape the app starts counting up letting you finish the escape and giving you a rating. I really enjoy these games. The second submarine adventure was my least favourite so far. You start with limited time and have to find extra. We figured out most of the first puzzle but the final word was not an actual English word making it really hard to figure out so we had 'lost' the adventure before we really started which made it less fun, we did finally escape but I was less enamoured of that escape.
