Excelent and detailed
I really liked the description of trails, the trekking rating and the explanation of how the country works. On the other hand, it is not very helpful to find local travel agencies, they list 30 but none of them semms to exist in Internet ! Even though this was a minor problem this guide really helped us to plan the trip to Nepal

Great service
It was vacum packed, so it was just as big as the book itself, so I got it trough my mail hatch. It's great that I didn't even have to pick it up at the mail office!!! Also it was on my floor within a month from ordering, very, very, very nice.Great book by the way :)

Great Maps
The maps in this book are great (detailed and the book will be my traveling companion). Also day-to-day trekking routes, and extra day trip ideas all provided. Helpful tips, advise on when to go and things to expect to see. A must have for trekking.

Worth the small cost
We trekked to EBC in April 2012 and the book was definitely worth the minimal cost for the tips provided. Insights into must see places of interest, tips for the experience in Kathmandu and the Thamel area. Really suggest you take advantage of the Lonely Planet web site. The regulars on that site are very helpful

Perfect for my Annapurna Trek
The guide was fantastic on my Annapurna Trek. From navigating to shopping, I used it at every turn. Two friends had it on their Kindle. It was good to have the paper version, though. And I can't wait to go back to Nepal!
