Bob's Red Mill White Corn Grits, 24oz (Pack of 1) - Vegan, Kosher

After finding out that Quaker was using GMO produce for its products, I looked to Bob's Red Mill for a non-GMO alternative and found that Bob's makes quick grits too. Some mornings, cooking grits for a 1/2 hour is just too long for some members of my family. (Yes, I do old school grits as well). These are creamy, like old school grits properly cooked, and don't have the somewhat gritty texture of the Quaker Quick Grits. And they DO cook w/in 5 minutes. And taste great. The corn flavor is there w/o being like eating a cob of corn. Definitely a great side with eggs and bacon, or with cheddar cheese and shrimp.

Gotta say these are the bees knees. Much smoother and creamier than Quaker Grits. Enjoyed these very much.

Cooks Creamy

I have grits for breakfast. I cook them in the microwave ( 30 minutes on low power, 2 on my microwave), easy and I don't have to stand over them and stir. They taste great with an egg.

Best grits you can buy. They don’t cook slow but don’t taste like the instant ones. The whole family loves them!

Bought this because the title says it is Polenta, but it is not like any polenta that I have ever used from dry or cooked. Would buy again as grits, but they shouldn't call it polenta IMHO.

Good grits soft too.
