Brilliant. Easy to install. Wiped out all nonsense from my phone. I recommend!

I buy a digital copy of this every year as it’s better value than the Norton subscription directly. The activation code is easy to use, received quickly and works with PC (unsure on compatibility with Mac). It has all the basic features required for standard virus protection.

I received the digital product immediately and it was easy to follow the instructions and download the product. However, the automatic renewal price is expensive, so it seems easier to end the subscription and buy another one after the year. The product has worked well and Norton online support have been great when needed.

despite buying a key Norton won't activate it without billing info (bank card or direct debit) when you try to input a key it's not on the "Renew now" menu - instead it's hidden away in the help menu (for some reason) so once you input your key Norton will redirect you to an "enrollment" website & it's 50/50 if this progresses any further or not. having entered the key it becomes apparent the Norton will only work with either bank card details or direct debit before it will activate. once I did this & successfully downloaded Norton I restarted my pc only to discover the install did nothing. after trying everything myself I had to go through the whole renewal process again - restart again & finally it worked. one last issue I would mention is that if you try to remove your banking details from your account Norton won't let you !!! you can remove your banking info but your Norton subscription will immediately END. if you decide to cancel the Norton auto-renewal you will be met with some of the most manipulative screens I've ever seen. upon clicking to cancel auto-renewal I was asked if I wanted an extra 3 months of Norton instead. on declining this a tab appeared over the cancel button to connect me to a "live Norton operative" ????? clicking again brought up a screen saying that in this uncertain financial times Norton wanted me to AGAIN consider not cancelling auto-renewal in exchange for an extra 4 months. finally i was allowed to cancel auto-renewal & asked to complete a survey. once my years subscription to Norton ends it will be removed from my pc the day it expires & i won't buy from them again. the whole renewal experience is amateurish& confusing whilst at the same time unwelcoming, dirty & manipulative.

Best and cheapest alternative of buying expensive directly from the Norton website.

Had a Customer today who wanted Norton 360 but doesn't like to use his credit card on the Internet. Well sadly no choice. Note the product key cannot be used without subscribing to Norton and providing your credit card details in advance of the next renewal. The Initial purchase price was £9.99 but the product renews at over £60.00. The solution is to subscribe and then go into the account once the product is activated and cancel the auto renewal feature. Norton will then send you a notification when the one years subscription is ending but will not bill automatically. Some rival products do not have this catch and can be activated with no obligation to subscribe and with no auto-renewal. On set up you will note that the Internet Security features need to be enabled separately, for example Norton Safe Search. This may be confusing for non-geeks. The feature is not essential though but why buy this product for just Anti-Virus and Firewall. Anti-virus and Firewall will be running with no additional setup required. I always turn Norton's Performance tuning features off as they are unnecessary and just use up system resources. I've had machines run worse when this feature is active, which defeats the object really. Norton wouldn't be my first choice personally but the customer likes it.

Easy to install (enter product key). Great value - a year's cover for less than £10. Works perfectly.

This works well with my M3 Mac, the vpn is all I really brought this for. It turns on at the right times, when you manually select to turn it on, it’s very speedy (around 2-3 sec). I have full weekly checks which searches every single file to detect viruses, so far all good. That takes around 5-10 mins. I definitely recommend this, especially for such a good price.
